Meat Pie 2

1 lb ground beef

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp garlic salt

1/2 cup fine bread crumbs

1/3 cup evaporated milk

1/2 cup catsup

One 2 oz can cut mushrooms, drained

2 or 3 slices American cheese, cut in strips

2 tbs grated Parmesan cheese

Place beef, garlic salt, salt and bread crumbs in a 9-inch pie plate. Add evaporated milk and mix with a fork. Spread evenly over bottom of plate, raising a rim about 1/2 inch around the plate. Spread catsup over the meat to the rim. Arrange mushrooms on catsup, Place cheese strips casualty in criss-cross pattern over top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 400F for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
