Pepper Steak 1

1 lb round steak, cut into bite size pieces
2 tbs oil
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 cups hot water
1 bouillon beef cubs
1 large bell pepper; sliced thinly
One 10 oz can Rotel tomatoes
2 tbs cornstarch
1/4 cup cold water
2 tbs soy sauce

Brown meat in oil, add onions and garlic. Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water, add to meat. Cover and simmer until meat is fork tender, 20 to 25 minutes. Add tomatoes and bell pepper, cook 10 minutes longer or until bell pepper is tender. Combine remaining ingredients, stir into meat mixture. Bring to boiling. Cook, stirring constantly for 5 min. Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
