Pork or Beef Grillades

Rump (boneless) roast or pork roast
1-1/2 large onions
2 tbs Worcestershire Sauce
1 large bell pepper
4 tbs oil Salt and pepper
1 can beef broth

Cut meat up and season the way you like it. Add Worcestershire sauce and put in a re-sealable gallon size bag in the refrigerator and marinate about 24 hours ahead of when you plan to cook it. Put oil in a heavy pot (iron pot preferably) heat and add meat. Cook until brown, stirring often. When real brown add onions and bell pepper, mix well. Add beef broth, when it comes to a boil lower fire and cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serve on rice or cream potatoes.
