Smothered Chicken 1

1 whole fryer or chicken breasts
Seasoning of your choice
2 cups oil
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 garlic clove

Season chicken as desired. Fry chicken in oil till lightly brown. Drain on paper towel. Remove oil from pan and saute vegetables in chicken drippings till vegetables are tender. Add fried chicken back to pan with vegetables and a little water to make gravy. Cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.
