Spaghetti Pie

2 cups boiled spaghetti
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. margarine, melted
5 oz leftover roast (or chicken), chopped
One 4 oz can tomato sauce
2 tsp Italian seasoning
One 4 oz can mushrooms, drained
2 tbs Parmesan cheese, grated
4 oz mozzarella cheese, grated

Mix spaghetti, egg and margarine. Press into pie pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. In a small bowl, mix: meat, sauce, seasoning, mushrooms and Parmesan cheese. Spread over spaghetti crust. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes. Sprinkle on mozzarella cheese and bake 5 more minutes. Slice and serve.
