Bacon and Scallops


Finger Food
1 cup Flour
1 tbs Salt
1 tsp Ground White Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder
21 Sea Scallops
1 Beaten Egg
1 cup Milk
1 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1/2 lb Bacon

*** Dredge scallops in a mixture of flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Combine beaten eggs and milk. Dip coated scallops in egg mixture and then coat with bread crumbs. Wrap each scallop with half a slice of bacon. Insert toothpick. Bake in 400F oven until bacon is crisp (25 minutes). Serve hot.
