*** Cook broccoli and grind in blender or food processor until well ground. Shred cheese and add to broccoli. Stir in egg, chopped cooked ham and sour cream. Mix with broccoli. Thaw pastry puff for 20 minutes. Roll out each sheet on a lightly floured board.Divide each sheet into four squares. Fill each square with broccoli mixture leaving an inch border on each side of the square. Brush borders with egg white. Fold squares diagonally in half to for triangles. Brush with egg white and pierce top with fork. Place on cookie sheet and bake in 400F oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
