Chicken Strips

Finger Food
1 lb Boned Breasts Chicken
2 Egg
1 cup Chopped Walnuts
1 cup Herbed Bread Crumbs
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/3 cup Oil

*** Cut chicken breasts into three to four inch strips. Measure one tablespoon of oil, save remaining oil for baking. Beat eggs, oil, salt and pepper in small bowl. Mix bread crumbs and walnuts in another bowl. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then crumbs. Place on a baking sheet. Use 1/4 cup of oil to pour around strips (not over strips though). Bake in 425F oven for 15 minutes. Serve warm with accompanying dip.
