Dill Carrot Sticks

Finger Food
1 lb Raw Carrot
1 cup Cider Vinegar
1 cup Water
3/4 cup Sugar
1 tbs Mustard Seed
1/2 tsp Dried Dill Weed

*** Prepare carrots by peeling and cut into three inch lengths. Cook in boiling water for 10 minutes add all ingredients to a sauce pan. Cook one minute. Cool. Refrigerate for 8 hours. Drain before serving. Serve cold as a appetizer or reheat in juice and serve warm.
