Garlic and Cheese

16 oz Softened Cream Cheese
6 tbs Sour Cream
1/4 tsp Salt
5 Cloves Minced Garlic
1/2 tsp White Pepper
1/2 tsp Parsley

*** In a small bowl or food processor, cream the cheese and sour cream till well blended. Stir in salt, pepper and minced garlic. Pack half the mixture into 1 cup covered jar. Sprinkle with parsley. Chill over night. Serve with crudites, bread or crackers.

Yield: 2 Cups
