Nutty Cheese Log

1 tbs Butter
1/3 cup Pecan
1/4 tsp Salt
2 tsp Parsley
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
3 oz Softened Cream Cheese
2 tbs Milk
1 tbs Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp Pepper Sauce

*** In skillet, melt butter and add pecans. Sauté over low heat till lightly browned. Cool and chop fine. Stir in salt and parsley. Set aside. In small bowl, beat cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Add milk, mustard, worcestershire sauce and pepper sauce to cheeses. Chill until firm for one hour. Roll cheese into log using wax paper. Roll in nut mixture. Wrap airtight and chill overnight.

Serve with fruit, crackers or crudites.
