Shrimp Mini Quiche

1/2 lb Cooked Shrimp
1/2 lb Swiss Cheese
4 Egg
1 tbs Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
Pinch Cayenne
Pinch Nutmeg
2 cups Light Cream
1 tbs Butter
1 Unbaked Pie Shell

*** Arrange shrimp in alternating layers with cheese in pie shell. Beat eggs until blended and combine with flour, salt, cayenne and nutmeg. Combine cream cheese and butter and warm until butter is melted. Pour custard over shrimp and cheese. Bake pie on lower rack for 45 min. Until custard is set in a 375F oven. Cut into bite-size pieces and serve warm.
