Stuffed Potatoes

24 New Potato
2 cups Cooked Chicken
1/4 cup Celery
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
1/8 tsp Salt
Dash Pepper

*** Pierce potatoes with fork and bake in 350F oven until cooked. Grind cooked chicken in food grinder or food processor. Mix grounded chicken with mayonnaise, celery, salt and pepper. After potatoes have cooled, cut off top of each potato. Carefully scoop out potato leaving shell 1/8 inch thick. Mix scooped out potato with chicken mixture. Spoon mixture into potato shells. Bake in 350F oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until hot. Serve warm.
