Tart Pie Crust

Finger Food
2 cups Sifted Flour
1 tsp Salt
3/4 cup Butter
4 tbs Ice Water

*** Sift all-purpose flour and salt into medium sized bowl. Cut in butter with a fork or pastry blender until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle 1 tbs of water at a time over mixture. Mix lightly until pastry begins to hold together. Make a ball. Divide into four equal parts. Chill 1 hour. Roll out one section at a time to a quarter inch thickness on a floured surface. Cut out 8 three inch rounds with a cookie cutter or glass. Grease tart pan and line with rounds. Prick well bake 10 minutes in 400F oven.
