Toasty Spiced Nut

4 cups Unsalted Mixed Nuts
4 tbs Butter
2 tbs Soy Sauce
1 tsp Ground Ginger
1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
2 tsp Lemon Juice

*** Preheat oven to 325F. Spread nuts on large ungreased baking pan. Roast nuts 5 to 10 minutes till lightly browned. In saucepan, melt butter. Stir in soy sauce, ginger, garlic salt and lemon juice into butter. Pour mixture over nuts. Roast 5 minutes longer.

Yield: 4 Cups
