Crawfish Bordelaise

1-1/2 crawfish meat
1 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. minced onion
Red pepper
1/2 pt. cream sauce
1 glass red wine
1/2 tsp. salt

Cook onion in butter, add the wine, the meat and the cream sauce with seasonings. Boil up once -- serve hot (on toast if desired) or in party shells.
