Hot Crab Party Pie

1 stick margarine (1/4 lb)
1 large onion, chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
3 stalks of celery, chopped
5 pods garlic

Saute and cook until well wilted.

Add the following:
1/3 cup pimento, chopped
4 sprigs parsley, chopped
2 pkg. Alaskan king crabmeat or 2 cup fresh crabmeat
1/2 cup water

Cook the above for five minutes and add the following:
4 slices wet bread, well mashed
2 cup cooked rice

Season to taste with salt, red and black pepper. Cook 15 minutes; set aside. Place mixture in bite size pastry shells. Bake at 450F for 10 minutes. Serve hot. Refrigerate if mixture is prepared ahead of time.
