Korean Salad

- 1 lb Fresh Washed Spinach
- 1/2 lb Fresh Bean Sprouts
- One 5 oz Can Drained and Sliced Water Chestnuts
- 8 Slices Browned & Diced Bacon
- 2 Hard Boiled Sliced Eggs
- 2/3 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 cup White Wine Vinegar
- 1/3 cup Catsup
- 2/3 cup Sugar
- 1 Medium Grated Onion
- 1 Dash Salt
*** Combine and mix well the following: oil, vinegar, catsup, sugar, onion, salt. Toss with salad greens just before serving.
