Marinated Vegetable Salad 3

3/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. pepper
One 16 oz can French-style green beans, drained
One 17 oz can English peas, drained
One 12 oz can shoe peg whole kernel corn, drained
One 2 oz jar chopped pimento, drained
1 cup chopped celery
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped

Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar. Cool. Combine vegetables, and stir in vinegar mixture. Cover and place in refrigerator 12 hours, stirring occasionally.
