Mostaccioli Salad

1 pound box mostaccioli noodles, cooked and drained
1/4 cup Oil
1-1/2 cups white vinegar
1-1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
4 ounces pimiento, sliced and drained
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1 medium unpeeled cucumber, sliced thin
2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped

In large bowl, coat mostacciol1 with oil and mix, drain off excess. In another bowl combine vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, mustard, pimiento, parsley, onion and cucumber. Mix with noodles. Cover and refrigerate 2 days. Stir occasionally.

Serves 10-12.
