In a small bowl combine 2 seasoning packages from Ramen noodles, sugar, salad oil, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, and vinegar. Set aside. In skillet brown 1-1/2 tablespoon sesame oil, sesame seeds and almonds. Heat until brown and add to above liquids. In a large bowl combine cabbage, green onions, and 2 packages of dry Ramen noodles broken into fine pieces. Mix liquid ingredients with dry and refrigerate 1 hour before serving. Serve cold.
