6 eggs
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 pounds bacon
1 pound shrimp or crawfish
1 large head lettuce
4 medium tomatoes, diced

Boil eggs. Boil seafood. Fry bacon crisp, crumble. Mix egg yolks with mayonnaise until smooth. Set aside egg whites. Tear lettuce into large bowl, add tomatoes and crumbled bacon, boiled seafood. Toss. Combine with egg yolk mixture. Chop eggs whites, sprinkle on salad. Season to taste.
