Broccoli Salad 2

- 1 small bunch raw broccoli chopped in bite size pieces
- 1/2 cup carrots, chopped
- 1/4 cup purple onions, chopped
- Dressing:
- 3-4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Dash dill weed
- Dash Cajun season-all
- Toppings:
- 1/3 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 large egg, hard boiled and chopped
- 3-4 strips bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
Combine salad ingredients. Combine dressing ingredients; stir until creamy. Combine salad and dressing. Toss thoroughly. Refrigerate 1 hour. Sprinkle on toppings.
