Citrus Salad

1 cup salad oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup Florida grapefruit juice
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbs poppy seeds
1-1/2 tsp grated grapefruit peel
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 lb fresh spinach, washed, torn in bite-size pieces
2 Florida grapefruit, peeled, sectioned
2 cups strawberries, cut in halves

In small bowl combine oil, vinegar, grapefruit juice, sugar, poppy seeds, grapefruit peel and mustard; mix well. Refrigerate at least one hour to melt flavors. In large bowl combine spinach, grapefruit and strawberries. To serve, pour dressing over and toss gently to coat.

Yield: 6 to 10 servings.
