Creamy Mandarin Rice Salad

3 cups cooked rice, cooled
1 can (16 oz) Mandarin orange segments, drained
1-1/2 cups thinly sliced celery
1/2 cup diced green pepper
3/4 cup sour cream
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tsp each seasoned salt and seasoned pepper

Blend all ingredients thoroughly. Chill. Serve on salad greens and sprinkle with sliced almonds, if desired.

Makes 6 servings.
