Dutch Coleslaw

- One 3 lb shredded cabbage
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red and 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 or 3 carrots, shredded thin
- Pour:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp celery seeds
Bring to a boil. Boil one minute. Pour over dressing while hot. Mix, let cool.
