English Pea Salad

- Two 16-1/2 oz cans English peas
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 2 boiled eggs, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup cheddar choose, cubed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbs mayonnaise
Mix everything with about 2 tbs mayonnaise. Chill and serve.
Serves about 6.
