Frozen Fruit Salad 2

1 lb-13 oz fruit salad (or 10 oz salad and extra cherries)
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp juice from fruit
3 oz cream cheese
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
Pinch salt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar

Drain fruit. Dissolve gelatin in juices and heat to melt smooth. Blend mayonnaise and cream cheese in bowl. Add salt. Pour gelatin mix into mayonnaise, whip cream adding sugar gradually. Pour in fruit and fold in whipped cream. Pour into mold and freeze. Use cylinder shaped molds to freeze it in (large lemonade cans) so you can slice it into circles and serve on a leaf of lettuce.

Makes 1-1/2 quarts which equals 6 cups.
