Lite Rye Caesar Salad

6 lite rye crisp broad slices
Garlic powder
2 quarts bite-size assorted greens Romaine, Bibb or Boston lettuce
1 small red onion, cut into rings
1 cucumber, un-peeled and sliced paper thin
1/2 cup low calorie Italian salad dressing
1/4 cup (2 oz) crumbled blue cheese

Sprinkle lite rye slices with garlic powder and rub into each slice. Break slices into bite-size pieces. In a large bowl, combine greens, onion rings and cucumber slices. Chill. Just before serving, toss salad with dressing. Sprinkle top of salad with crumbled blue cheese and pieces of lite rye.
