Oriental Pasta Vegetable Salad

- 1-1/2 cups V-8 Vegetable Juice
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tbs toasted sesame seed
- 1 tbs vinegar
- 2 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 3 cups cooked small shell macaroni
- 1 cup diagonally sliced carrots
- 1 cup red pepper chunks
- 1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
In 2-quart shallow bowl, stir together V-8 juice, soy sauce, sesame seed, vinegar, honey and ginger
Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Cover; refrigerate at least 4 hours to blend flavors.
Makes 6 cups or 8 servings.
