Potato Bean Salad with Sesame Dressing

1 lb new potatoes, un-peeled, sliced
1/2 lb wax beans, trimmed, cut in halves
2 tbs vegetable oil
2 tbs sesame seeds
1/2 cup thinly sliced scallions
1 tbs freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

In large sauce pot steam potatoes and beans until crisp-tender, about 10 minutes. Drain. In medium skillet heat oil; saute sesame seeds until golden, about 1 minute. Stir in scallions, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add Potatoes and beans; toss to coat completely. Serve warm or cold.
