Shrimp Salad 1

2 cups cooked shrimp
1 cup celery, chopped
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
2 tsp chopped pickles, sweet or dill
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbs ketchup
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

If shrimp are large, cut into halves or quarters. Mix shrimp, celery, eggs and pickles together lightly with mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish with sliced tomatoes.

Serves 4.
