Taco Salad 2

1 lb ground beef
12 oz can chopped black olives
1 head lettuce
1 tomato
1 sweet onion
2 cups grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 large bag Frito's corn chips
1 can dark red kidney beans, drained
1 bottle Catalina salad dressing.
Salt pepper garlic powder

In iron brown ground beef. Season with salt pepper, garlic, stirring often to crumble meat. Drain over sink into a colander rinsing with hot water to wash excess grease off meat. Set aside to cool. When cool, mix with the following ingredients:

Open and drain cans of olives and kidney beans. In large salad bowl, mix with chopped lettuce, onion, tomato, grated cheese, cooled meat crushed Frito's corn chips and Catalina dressing. Serve.
