Wake Up Fruit Salad

1/4 cup plain or lemon flavored yogurt
1 tbs honey
Dash ground cardamon
1 cup cooked enriched rice, cooled
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries and kiw1 or other fruit in season

In medium bowl, stir together yogurt, honey and cardamon. Add rice and fruit. Toss lightly to coat.

Makes 2 cups or 2 servings.
