*** Used with beef enchiladas. Heat oil in skillet and sauté onion until tender. Remove from heat and add flour. Mix into a paste adding chili powder, hot sauce, salt, garlic and cumin. Gradually add water and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
