Sweet and Sour Sauce

2 cups Juice Pineapple
1 cup Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
2/3 cup Brown Sugar
1/3 cup Cornstarch
4 tbs Water

*** Combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, vinegar and brown sugar in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Mix cornstarch with water. Add to boiling mixture, stirring constantly until sauce thickens. Use sauce with already prepared beef or pork meatballs. Keep sauce and meatballs warm by placing in chafing dish.
