Cheese Sauce 1

1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
Dash of pepper
Reserved seasoned butter
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded process American cheese

Combine flour, salt, and pepper with reserved seasoned butter in skillet. Gradually stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add cheese; stir until melted.

Yield: Sauce for 6 sandwiches.
