Cheese Sauce 3

1 cup milk
3 slices process American cheese, cubed
2 slices process Swiss cheese, cubed
2 tbs butter or margarine, softened
2 tbs all-purpose flour

Combine all ingredients in container of electric blender; blend until cheese is coarsely chopped. Pour into medium saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened.

Yield: about 1 cup.
