Chicken Marinade

1 cup Poultry Sauce
1 cup Madeira Wine
1/3 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup onion tops
1/4 cup parsley
1/4 cup water
Seasoned chicken
2 tbs each basil and tarragon

Combine all ingredients and marinate chicken for 3-4 hours or overnight. When ready to cook, lift out of marinade and bake or grill chicken.
