Lemon Sauce for Fish

1/2 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
Grated rind of 2 lemons
2-1/4 tbs cornstarch
2 cups water
Dash salt

Combine sugar and cornstarch. Add water and stir until well blended. Cook until slightly thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add all other ingredients. Salt to taste. Serve with pan fried fish.
