Chinese Dish

Shrimp
1/2 lb Peeled Shrimp
One 12 oz Oriental Vegetables
2 tbs Vegetable Oil
2 tbs Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Chicken or Vegetable Broth
1 tsp Sugar
4 tsp Cornstarch
1 Clove Minced Garlic
1 tbs Dry Sherry
1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions

*** Blend broth with soy sauce, sugar, corn starch, garlic & sherry set aside. Heat oil in skillet or wok. When hot, add shrimp & cook about 20 seconds. Push shrimp aside and add vegetables Cook & stir about 1 minute. Combine shrimp with vegetables & add broth mixture. Cook & stir 3 minutes. Serve over hot rice. Top with green onions. May add mushrooms and/or water chestnuts to vegetables

Yield: 6 Servings
