Shrimp Scampi 4

1 lb Raw Shrimp
1 Beaten Egg
1/4 cup White Wine
3 Cloves Crushed Garlic
3 tbs Butter

*** In skillet heat butter and garlic until sizzling. Dip shrimp in egg and quickly drop in skillet. Sauté quickly over high heat 2-4 minutes. Add white wine, salt and pepper. Serve over a bed of rice.
