*** Open the ends of cream cheese package. Roll on flat surface until round. Remove covering from cream cheese and place on plate. With a butter spreader, cover the cheese with paté. In the same manner, cover the paté with caviar. Cover with saran wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour. Garnish with thin lemon slices and parsley. Serve with melsa toast rounds.
