Fried Shrimp

4 pounds large deveined shrimp (tails on)
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Heinz 57
4 ounces Tiger sauce
4 cups all purpose flour
2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons Tony Chacherie's seasoning
1 gallon Wesson oil

Marinate shrimp with dijon mustard, Heinz 57 and Tiger sauce for 4 hours in refrigerator. Heat Wesson oil to 350. Drag shrimp through seasoned flour thoroughly and fry for 3 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Serve immediately for best taste. Serve with fresh tartar sauce and lemon wedges.
