Oysters on Half Shell with Green Salsa

Shuck fresh oysters and top with salsa:
1 clove minced garlic
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 fresh jalapeno, seeded
Dash of Louisiana Hot Sauce
Dash of salt

Process above ingredients. Top each oyster with dollop of green salsa. Serve on bed of ice.
