Crawfish Broccoli Stuffed Chicken Breasts

1 lb crawfish tails
1 package (10 ounces) frozen broccoli
1 cup cooked rice
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
5 tablespoons onion tops
1 jar (8 ounces) Cheese Whiz
8 deboned and skinned chicken breasts
4 tablespoons margarine
Bread crumbs
Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat/bake Oven: 350F.

Saute onion and, bell pepper in melted margarine; add remaining ingredients, except bread crumbs and chicken. Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes. Season chicken. Add enough bread crumbs to desired texture of filling; put in onion tops. Fill each breast with filling and fold over. Fasten with toothpicks. Put in baking dish covered with foil. Bake one hour. After 45 minutes, pull back foil and allow chicken to brown about 15 minutes.
