Spicy Fried Shrimp

4 pounds large deveined shrimp (tails on)
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Heinz 57
4 ounces Tiger Sauce
4 cups all purpose flour
2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons Tony Chachere'sseasoning
1 gallon Wesson oil

Marinate deveined shrimp with Dijon mustard, Heinz 57 and Tiger Sauce for 4 hours in refrigerator.

Combine all-purpose flour, cayenne pepper and Tony Chachere's seasoning.

Heat Wesson oil to 350F.

Drag shrimp through seasoned flour throughly and fry for 3 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Serve immediately for best taste.

Serve with fresh tartar sauce and lemon wedges.
