Salt and Pepper Shrimp

20 shrimp, deveined
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons pepper
4 tablespoons flour
2 cups oil

Special cooking utensils Wok or deep frying pan and a bowl.

Stove temperature high

Clean shrimp with cold water. Cut off legs and devine shrimp by making a cut about 2 inches in the back. Rinse with cold water. Place shrimp into bowl, add salt, pepper and flour. Use your hands to make sure the shrimp are fully coated with flour. Put bowl aside. Heat wok or frying pan, add oil, make sure oil is very hot before placing shrimp in. Put in a few at a time and cook both sides until they start turning orange and puffy. It takes about 2 or 3 minutes for each shrimp to cook.

Serve with fried rice, Cajun rice or french fries.
