Corn and Crab Bisque 2

- 1 stick margarine (1/4 lb)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 pound white crab meat
- 1 quart milk
- One 16-ounce can white cream corn
- One 10-1/2 ounce can cream of potato soup (undiluted)
- 1/2 teaspoon Accent
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- To taste: Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 cup grated cheese (mild cheddar)
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup shallots
Melt margarine; add flour and blend, add onions; cook slowly on low fire for 10 minutes. Add crab meat, milk, cream-style corn, potato soup and add all seasonings. Cook slowly 15-20 minutes. Just before serving, add cheese, parsley, shallots.
