Preheat oven to 350F. In a deep pot, over medium-high heat, add the Kraft House Italian Olive Oil Dressing, onions, bell peppers, celery, and minced garlic. Cook 15 minutes, stirring often. Add tomato sauce, shrimp, bay leaves, and continue cooking 15 more minutes. Add fine black pepper, coarse black pepper, Accent, salt and red pepper. Mix corn starch with a small amount of the 1/2 cup of water and add to the shrimp mixture. Continue cooking until thick. Remove from heat. Divide the shrimp mixture evenly into 6 individual Pyrex baking dishes. Top each dish with bread crumbs. Sprinkle finely chopped parsley, paprika, poppy seeds and Parmesan cheese over bread crumbs. Place dishes on cookie sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot.
